Customers Deliveries

Deliveries from our company are normally dispatched within 48hrs of receipt of the order for delivery the next working day**. If in the event we are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail and where possible we will try to offer a substitute product. UPS FedEx and DPD are used by us as our couriers and if required we can supply you with a tracking consignment number so you can trace your delivery. On arrival the driver will require a signature and they will not leave the goods without this.

** This does not include bank holidays and weekends. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands normally take up to 3 working days.

Delivery Charges

Our deliveries are charged at £5.75 (ex VAT) per consignment, but if you require a timed delivery or a next day delivery AM please call customer services to obtain a price for this service as it is not included in our standard charges.
